Consignment Fee:

We charge a fixed 20% on all sales + $15 to cover extra fees.

Consignment Period:

The consignment period is a predetermined duration during which an item is entrusted to us for potential sale. A minimum of 60 days is required for sufficient time to market and find a suitable buyer for the item. Early reclaim will incur a fee of the full 20% consignment fee. At the end of 60 days, sellers may reclaim the items (contact us through email or socials)

Payment:

After an item is sold, payment will be made to seller within 3 business days. All payouts will be paid via bank transfer to your nominated bank account. 

Appraisal/Listing price: 

Before uploading photos, please ensure to take photos of all angles and any specific flaws so we can give you an accurate quote. Appraisal is made through looking at condition, season/style and current market. Once the listing price is mutually agreed upon you may ship the item to us for listing. 2ndend will not alter listing prices unless requested or agreed upon by the consigner. 

Unauthentic Items:

If an item received is deemed unauthentic, a $200 AUD fee will be charged to cover third party authentication costs + return shipping.
